This page is dedicated to finding new homes for adult cats whose owners are no longer able to look after them for a variety of reasons, but usually due to death, illness, incapacitation or emigration. We will also include cats who need a new home because they are not happy in their current home for a variety of reasons. You may submit your application to be included on this page to tony@sabcci.com  - please include 'Re-homing' in the subject line. You may include up to two photos and a short summary about the cat, why it needs a new home and what kind of home would be best for it. All submissions are subject to editing and approval.

MESSAGE FROM TIDBITS CURRENT 'MINDER'

"About 3 months ago I noticed the cat in the picture hanging around our house, and when it turned cold in December it moved in to our garage on a permanent basis. When I could confirm that it was there 24/7, I started feeding it daily.  The cat is not feral, it is clearly a house-cat gone astray or abandoned. Female, fairly young - I estimate 1 to 2 years but I am no expert. Brown mackerel tabby with beatiful white bib, socks and tailtip. The cat is very affectionate and craves cuddling. I have made a box for it in the garage but I cannot take it into my house, as my own 12-year old cat is very hostile towards it-there is a territorial fight going on".
