IMPORTANT NOTE

It is strongly advised that anybody who is considering purchasing a pedigree cat/kitten should check first with the registrar of the GCCFI (Governing Council of the Cat Fancy of Ireland) to ensure that the cat/kitten in question is registered with the GCCFI (or the GCCF for Breeders domiciled in the North of Ireland). This is to ensure that the cat/kitten is a certified pedigree animal under the rules of the GCCFI (The only recognized body in the Republic of Ireland), to which this Club is affiliated. IN ADDITION TO THE RELEVANT GCCFI RULES, THIS CLUB RECOMMENDS THAT YOU ALWAYS ENSURE A FULL SET OF PAPERS (Signed Pedigree, Transfer Paper and Vaccination Certificate) IS PROVIDED ALONG WITH THE CAT/KITTEN ON THE DAY YOU COLLECT THE ANIMAL. IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE ANIMAL WITHOUT THE CORRECT PAPERS.
